On our way to the Tidal Basin (next blog post), we walked through the Sculpture Garden just because we were curious. The sculpture garden is part of the Smithsonian family, at the National Gallery of Art. It was fun to walk through and guess what the sculptures are and then to find out we were completely wrong - art is in the eye of the beholder (or so they say).
That is the National Archives (another Smithsonian) that at the time of me writing this blog I have yet to go in.
