National Mall Day 2 with Zach

Another packed day! We started the day early, by leaving the house at 7am with Tuf. Our first stop was the Bureau of Engraving Printing. I think this is a most do, while in DC. Our money is only printed in two locations, DC and Fort Worth, Texas. I find the tour very fascinating. Because of the security of printing money, no photos are allowed inside the building.

After our tour at the Bureau of Engraving Printing, we went to the Holocaust Museum. While pictures are allowed at the Holocaust Museum, I don't like to take pictures while in that museum. It is a wonderful museum, but a very hard one to walk through and imagine the horror of what happened and how it happened. Pure evil.
Next we walked to the Air and Space Museum.

After the Air and Space Museum, we walked over to the Botanical Gardens to see their Christmas display and I absolutely love the creation of the National Mall with plants.

 Supreme Court
 Library of Congress
 Capitol Tour.

After the Capitol we walked to Chinatown and had dinner at Green Turtle. After dinner we went to Tuf's work and meet up with Tuf and Anthony and went to Zoo Lights and the National Zoo.

Another memory filled day.
