On Sunday, we were off for our next adventure - the ocean!
Checking off another state of on the bucket list.
We stayed in Ocean City, Maryland and since it was off season we were able to stay on whatever floor we wanted and Hailey chose the 9th floor and we had a perfect ocean view! This was Zach and Hailey's first time and the ocean and I am so glad that I was able to help them experience this.
It was cold and windy but we still wanted to play at the beach!
Playing chicken with the ocean, as Zach called it. Sometimes they won and then sometimes the ocean won. Led to very wet clothes and shoes, but the laughter and fun was so worth it!
And of course we have jumping pictures!
After playing on the beach we relaxed in the hotel room for a little bit and the headed out on the boardwalk to find some dinner. The boardwalk was so empty and we finally settled on a dinner in a hotel.
After dinner we walked back along the beach and played more chicken with the ocean. It was the perfect night!
Hailey had a blast swimming in the pool and we stayed until they closed it down.
Back in the hotel room, Hailey and I played memory.
This was the perfect day!
