After the Sky Tram we took the subway to our hotel in the financial area of Manhattan. We were able to check into the hotel a little early, which allowed us time to relax, freshen up and decide on what Broadway play we were going to see. After a quick lunch at the bar and grill in our hotel we made our way back to Midtown and to The Empire State Building!I have only been to the Empire State building one other time, in 2007. The Empire State Building gives you amazing views of the entire city and it's awesome to be outside on the 86h floor.

The Broadway play we decided to see Fiddler on the Roof. Since we were at a fancy Broadway play, I decided to have a glass of wine. They gave it to me in this awesome cup, that I dubbed, "adult sippy cup!".
The play was really goo, but mind you we had been up for well over 36 hours, and after that glass of wine, I may have fallen asleep during majority of the second act.
Day 1 of of NYC adventures is over!
